Psychotherapy that makes room for more than words.
Psychodynamic and relational therapy integrating expressive arts, mindfulness, and mind–body practices.
About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified art therapist with experience in private practice, university counseling, teaching, and community-based settings. My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy and shaped by attention to culture, identity, and the connection between mind-body and overall health.
Therapy provides a thoughtful, collaborative space to explore identity, recognize recurring patterns, and understand your unique way of experiencing the world. By utilizing clinical interviews, personality assessments, and tailored therapeutic approaches, we can safely look at the dynamics that are often difficult to capture in words alone.
I work with adults seeking a warm, reflective space to understand maladaptive patterns, navigate major life transitions, and create positive, meaningful change in their lives. Together, we explore how past experiences and present relationships shape the ways we relate to ourselves and others, opening possibilities for greater awareness, flexibility, and personal growth.
Therapy creates room for complexity, contradiction, and the intangible parts of experience.
Integrative ways of working, that make space for reflection, creativity, and change.
About Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy for adults in Massachusetts, grounded in psychodynamic and relational approaches. Together, we uncover experiences and patterns of behavior that may be difficult to put into words. We will explore how past and present experiences shape the way you understand yourself and move through the world.
About Art Therapy
Art therapy offers a non-judgmental way to explore inner experience, memories, and emotions through symbols, images, and metaphor. Art therapy integrates the creative process with psychological tools to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and discover coping mechanisms for everyday life. No artistic ability necessary.
About Mindfulness
Contemplative practices help us develop deeper understanding of our emotional and physical experiences. Mindfulness is the practice of bringing awareness to the present moment with curiosity and without judgment. In therapy, mindfulness offers a way to cultivate self-compassion, and strengthen our capacity to be present with ourselves and others.
Consultation & Projects
Beyond the Therapy Room
Beyond the therapy room, I collaborate with organizations, institutions, and community-based projects on facilitation, workshops, mentoring, and creative initiatives.
My projects include university and museum collaborations, workplace wellness programming, community-based mentoring, invited panels and presentations, and projects exploring art therapy through film and public engagement.
I strive to integrate psychology, creative self-expression, and contemplative practices in ways that support engagement, learning, and belonging.
